Kivalliq Alternative Energy

The Corporation shall carry on the financing, design, construction and operation of cold climate renewable energy projects in the Kivalliq Region of Nunavut including, without limitation, wind turbine power generation stations, and such other business activities as the Shareholders may unanimously agree to in writing from time to time (herein the “Business Activities”).
