The Corporation shall carry on the sale, supply and service of trucks, part, accessories and related equipment in the Territory of Nunavut including, without limitation, semi truck, dump trucks, garbage trucks, snow plows and vacuum trucks, and such other business activities as the Shareholders may unanimously agree to in writing from time to time (herein the “Business Activities”).
